Social Media

The Social Media control is used to display the item selected from the Social Dashboard.

It is displayed to the agent as a frame containing the original post and its successive comments.

This control is part of the Social Media control pack, and will only be available if you have the appropriate licence part.

How To

Add a Social Media control to the Workflow Page. The control's options and style can be configured in the Options and Styling tabs of the Field Properties.

The Social Media control has two unique options available in its Options tab:

Option	Description
Order of Content	Controls the ordering of the displayed content if Show Full Conversation is enabled.
Show Full Conversation	If enabled, then the entire context of the item selected from the Social Dashboard is shown. Otherwise, only the item itself is shown.

The Order of Content behaviour is displayed below:

Notes

Order of Content sorts items within their group, and always leaves the group's parent item at the top. So if Youngest at Top is selected for a Facebook post, the comment with the newest reply will be displayed first, followed by the comment with the second-oldest reply etc. Once all comments have been ordered, then the replies within each comment are ordered from the most newest to oldest.
