The Cirrus Command control allows an agent to click a simple button that executes a telephony command in Cirrus.
How To
Add a Cirrus Command control to the Workflow Page. The button's text and style can be configured in the Options and Styling tabs of the Field Properties.
The Advanced Options tab allows configuration of which command to execute. The command to be executed is chosen from the list at the top, and depending on which command is selected other parameters may be offered below:

Parameters can either be populated with static text, or linked to a Workflow field that will contain the value to be used during the Workflow run.
