Logging In: Home Page

Awaken Scripting is accessed via a URL, but may be embedded within another application. Users are logged in using two methods:

Authentication	Result
Windows	Users will be logged in automatically.
Forms	Users will be prompted to enter a username and password, and/or choose a configured Single Sign On connector to utilise instead. Depending on the system's configuration, they may also be offered the ability to remember their details and/or reset their password.

Forms Authentication, including Single Sign On options:

For new installations, the first time the installed administrator user logs in they are directed to the Admin module to configure the application and add users/assign permissions and licences. Subsequent users will automatically be directed to the Desktop by default, but this can be configured by the user.
