The navigation toolbar appears at the top of the screen once a campaign is launched. Please note that the appearance of the toolbar may vary depending on the dialler integration.

Move to the Start page of the Workflow.

Move back to the last visited page.

Move forward to the previously visited page (agents cannot move forward to a page without using the Workflow buttons first).

Move to the Penultimate page of Workflow (usually to select an outcome and close the Workflow).
