Plugins

 
Plugins contain DLL (Dynamic Link Library) code, which Scripting uses to carry out an activity (for example, to display a specific control or link to an external data source).
 
These Plugins allow additional features to be provided to specific customers (for example, displaying a PureEngage dialler campaign list, which would only be used by those that have a PureEngage integration).
 
All Plugins have distinct configuration options, so links to the appropriate documentation can be found in the table below:

Retrieves MySQL data for campaigns.
GetExternalCampaignsCIC
Retrieves PureConnect dialler campaigns.

Retrieves PureEngage dialler campaigns.

Retrieves Microsoft SQL data for campaigns.

Integrates with Twitter Social Media feeds.

Plugin Details

 
Details of the selected Plugin are shown here. This information will vary depending on the Plugin, but typically includes a name, the filename, and a brief description of its function.

Import a new Plugin. Once this button is clicked, users will be able to import a new Plugin.

Filter the list of available Plugins by name.

Plugin Status

Displays whether the Plugin is currently active.

Plugin Name

Name of the Plugin.

Save

6. Save
 
This button is displayed if there are configuration options for the Plugin, and must be saved before the Plugin can be activated if so.

Activate/Deactivate

7. Activate/Deactivate
 
Press to Activate or Deactivate the Plugin, this button will toggle depending on the current status.
