Reporting Scheduler

 
Reporting Scheduler is a dashboard for all Schedules, allowing the easy viewing, management, and creation of Schedules for Data Extracts.

Service Status

1. Service Status
 
This bar displays the status of the Scheduler Service. This Service must be installed and running for any Report Schedules to be processed.

Schedule Feeds

This bar displays the different categories of Schedules, and the count in each category. Clicking on a category will display the Schedules in the list below.
 
Active: these are Schedules that will be processed when the Next Due To Run date is reached, as long as the Scheduler Service is active.
Completed: these are Schedules that have automatically suspended themselves after reaching the expected and successful end of their scheduled recurrences.
Paused: these are Schedules that have been manually paused. They won't be processed while paused, but upon being resumed may run immediately if they've passed their Next Due to Run date.
Errored: these are Schedules that have been placed in a stopped state due to having encountered an error. The History tab in its Schedule Properties dashboard will contain a summary of the error that caused its suspension.

Schedule List

Any Schedules for the selected feed will be displayed here, with a brief summary. The name of the schedule can be clicked to take you to the Schedule's Properties dashboard, or the triple-stacked dots icon at the right can be clicked to show the quick actions related to that Schedule.

New Schedules can be created by clicking this button, with it launching the Schedule configuration wizard.
