Version Scheduler

 
Version Scheduler will publish a Workflow automatically at a preset date and time. For example, if an overnight Workflow Version swap-over is needed, this change can be automated rather than a person having to make the transition manually at the desired time.
 
Version Scheduler is reached via the main Design module:
 
 
The Version Scheduler is a licence-driven feature, please contact your Scripting vendor for more information if you are unable to gain access to this module.
 
For the Version Scheduler to function, the Version Scheduling service must be running.

Workflow List

All Workflows are displayed in this list. The selected Workflow that is having its Scheduling information edited is highlighted.

Live Version Information

This provides information on the live version of the selected Workflow, including the live version number and when it was made live.

Add to Schedule

To add a new scheduling event, simply select the version to be made live in the left box, the date and time for it to be made live in the right box, and then click the Add button. It will then appear in the Schedule list below.

Any Scheduled Versions are listed in this section. They can also be cancelled before they go active by clicking the red cross at the right-hand side of the appropriate entry.
