The Social Media Reply control is used to enter the response to the item selected from the Social Dashboard.
It is displayed to the agent similarly to a Textarea with a button below it.
This control is part of the Social Media control pack, and will only be available if you have the appropriate licence part.
How To
Add a Social Media control to the Workflow Page. The control's options and style can be configured in the Options and Styling tabs of the Field Properties.
Notes
Order of Content sorts items within their group, and always leaves the group's parent item at the top. So if Youngest at Top is selected for a Facebook post, the comment with the newest reply will be displayed first, followed by the comment with the second-oldest reply etc. Once all comments have been ordered, then the replies within each comment are ordered from the most newest to oldest.
As with other button-type controls, it is possible to trigger this by JavaScript or Update Links. Please see the .click() article for more information and an example regarding using JavaScript.
